Conductive Series

Ampra.

Higher Conductivity. Less Filler. Low Loading.

Next-gen sensors. No excessive fillers.

Repaired carbon nanotubes that build a conductive network at ~9 wt% — 90% less filler than silver systems — in a material that stays strong, durable, and easy to process.

Overview

Highly conductive. Lightly loaded.

Conductive polymers have been silver-heavy, brittle, and expensive — up to 85 wt% silver. Nanotubes were the obvious replacement, but defects kept them from conducting. Ampra repairs the nanotube, so a ~9 wt% CNT network does the work of 85 wt% silver-coated nickel: 90% less filler, higher durability, lower cost — and conductivity becomes a design parameter you set, not a process you bolt on.

Key benefits

1

90% less filler

A ~9 wt% CNT network in place of 85 wt% silver-coated nickel. Lower cost, less weight, no material shortages.

2

Repaired nanotubes

Defective CNTs don’t conduct. Ours do — the nanotube problem nobody else solved.

3

Strength stays

Less filler means a tougher, more durable part — not a brittle one.

4

Drop-in compatible

Blends easily. No process change required.
