Performance Enhancer Series
Endur.
Nothing Lost. Everything Gained.
Reinforcement without the strength penalty.
Pre-dispersed carbon nanotubes that drop into your epoxy at 2.3 wt% and raise strength, modulus, and bond strength — where rubber tougheners give them up.
Overview
ENDUR is reinforcement, not a trade.
Rubber tougheners cost you strength — 13% to 50% of it, and 17% to 43% of tensile modulus, at their recommended loadings. Endur is multi-walled carbon nanotubes pre-dispersed on a silica carrier, added at 2.3 wt% of the formulation. Clumped nanotubes weaken a resin; separated ones reinforce it. Endur ships separated — so it raises every property instead of trading one for another.

Key benefits
1
Every property raised
At 23 °C vs. the untoughened baseline, Endur lifts flexural strength, compressive yield, tensile strength, tensile modulus, and lap shear — all five. Every rubber toughener tested gave at least one up.
2
Strength preserved
Reinforcement, not softening. 2.0× the tensile modulus and 1.7× the compressive yield of the best rubber toughener at 50 °C, with minimal effect on Tg.
3
A fraction of the loading
2.3 wt% does the job — versus 5.6 to 30.5 wt% for rubber tougheners. Can also be combined with rubber tougheners for hybrid performance.
4
Drop-in processing
A solid, easy-to-handle powder. Conventional mixing on the equipment you already own — no milling, no sonication, no capital retooling.
