Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 24, 2026

Nano Catalytics Inc. (“NCI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit nanocatalytics.com (the “Site”), submit an inquiry through the Site, or otherwise interact with us in connection with the Site.

Our Site is intended for business audiences. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us.

When you submit an inquiry, request information, request a sample or quote, or otherwise contact us through the Site, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, business email address, phone number, company name, job title, mailing address, and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically.

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits. This information is collected through cookies, log files, and similar technologies (see Section 4).

Information from other sources.

We may combine information you provide with publicly available business information (for example, from your company’s website or professional directories) to better respond to your inquiry.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as government identifiers, health information, or financial account numbers) through the Site, and we ask that you not submit it.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

•

Respond to your inquiries and requests, including requests for product information, samples, and quotes

•

Manage our business relationship with you and your company

•

Send you information about our products, services, and company news, where permitted by law (see Section 8 for how to opt out)

•

Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site

•

Analyze how the Site is used so we can improve our content and offerings

•

Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and agreements

•

Protect the rights, property, and safety of NCI, our customers, and others

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. How We Share Information

We share personal information only as described below. We do not sell it.

Service providers.

We use third-party service providers to operate the Site and our business. In particular, inquiries submitted through the Site are transmitted to and stored in Salesforce, our customer relationship management (CRM) platform. We also use providers for website hosting, email, analytics, and IT services. These providers process personal information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Affiliates and advisors.

We may share information with our corporate affiliates and with our professional advisors (such as lawyers, accountants, and insurers) where needed for the purposes described in this Policy.

Legal and safety.

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, investigate fraud or security issues, or protect the safety of any person.

Business transfers.

If NCI is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of its business, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to reasonable confidentiality protections.

4. Cookies and Analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are necessary for the Site to function; others help us understand how visitors use the Site.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you disable cookies, some features of the Site may not function properly. The Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

5. Data Retention and Security

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy — for example, for as long as we have an active business relationship or ongoing correspondence with you — and as required to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Privacy Rights (United States)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy laws — including the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and similar laws in other states — such as the right to:

•

Know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use and share it

•

Request access to, or a copy of, your personal information

•

Request correction of inaccurate personal information

•

Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions

•

Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so we do not offer an opt-out for those activities.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 10. We will verify your request (for example, by matching the email address you contact us from against our records) and respond within the time required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification.

7. Visitors Outside the United States

NCI is based in the United States, and the Site and our systems (including Salesforce) are operated in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal data on the following legal bases: to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (responding to your inquiry), our legitimate interests in operating our business and marketing to business contacts, and your consent where required. You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 10.

8. Marketing Communications

If you submit an inquiry through the Site, we may send you emails about our products and services that are relevant to your inquiry. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us using the information in Section 10. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send you non-promotional messages, such as responses to your inquiry.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-Party Links, Changes, and How to Contact Us

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.
